Equipped with Sync-enabled connectivity, the E65W GbS features an electrical adjustment of the burr distance, offering exceptional precision for espresso coffee grinding. This adjustment can be controlled manually by the barista or, when synchronized with a compatible commercial espresso machine or Sync-enabled device, it automatically aligns with the target extraction time. Grind-by-Weight Dosing Control Technology

The E65W GbS features advanced Grind-by-Weight (GbW) technology, allowing for precise dosing and ensuring accurate, repeatable and extraordinary espresso quality. Unlike traditional volume or timer-based methods, GbW uses a high-precision load cell scale to weigh the coffee grounds 6,000 times per second during grinding. This ensures consistent, high-quality extractions and exceptional flavor in every cup - perfect for compact setups focused on flavor clarity and excellence.

Automated Precision for Coffee Shops

With automated and fully electrical transitions between grind recipes, the E65W GbS adjusts seamlessly based on stored profiles. The AGSA (Automatic Grind Size Adjustment) feature provides precise control over grind fineness, ensuring perfect espresso consistency. Two sensors are used for exceptional accuracy: one tracks the cone shaft’s position, while the other monitors the motor. Together, they enable grind adjustments with an incredible precision of 0.001mm, delivering unparalleled grinding finesse for coffee preparation.

Unlike traditional calibration, which requires manual adjustments, tools, and significant time (often 10 minutes or more), the E65W GbS grinder allows users to calibrate with just a few taps on the display. This process reduces calibration time to just 10 seconds, improving efficiency by over 98%. It is the ideal espresso grinder for any team that values precision, speed and simplicity.
